To demonstrate my point, behold the moment of reveal for Ben Sobieck!

Thanx for the boost, Debbie! Intrigue Publishing is looking for great genre fiction to publish, and we're building steam for our writer/fan conference next year! Sure hope to see you there!!
My pleasure, Austin! :) Please keep me posted on your conference, okay? And best of luck with Intrigue Publishing.
Best of luck to all publishers, including self-publishers. Ha ha ha ... #iamfoolish
Debbi, you are the best. Thanks for posting my video here.
I don't care if you're a self-pubber or a lifer with the big guys. There's something surreal about seeing that first print book. It's like holding a newborn your brain willed into existence.
And print does still matter. It's all about giving the reader choice.
It was my pleasure, Ben! :)
I know exactly what you mean about the feeling of holding a newborn in your hands. I'm not a mother, but creating a print book comes about as close to the experience as I'll ever get.
Print books totally matter. Many people, both young and old, prefer them. Ebooks may be a growing market, but print books aren't dead by a long shot. Amazon wouldn't be opening a brick-and-mortar store, if they were, right? Or making print deals with a select group of authors. Amazon's A-list. Ha ha ha ...
Looks like the joke is on all of us. Ha ha ha ... #iamfoolish
